Kwok-tung Fung

first-class honors in Bachelor of Arts in Music from the Chinese

University of Hong Kong, Kwok-tung Fung was later awarded the Sir Edward

Youde Memorial Fellowship for Overseas Studies, allowing him to pursue

graduate studies in the United States. He is the founder of The

Contemporary A Cappella Society of Hong Kong and Macau, recognized by

the media as "The Father of Hong Kong A Cappella." As a member of

the vocal band "Gay Singers," he has contributed to five album releases.

Kwok-tung served as an arranger and coach for The Sing-off China.

Additionally, he is the Local Ambassador for The Contemporary A Cappella

Society of America and an adjudicator for the Contemporary A Cappella

Recording Awards. He represents Hong Kong in Vocal Asia and acts as an

arts advisor for the Contemporary A Cappella Society of Guangzhou. As

a workshop conductor at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, he

leads A cappella sessions and has authored several a cappella songbooks.

His experience includes judging, teaching, and performing in Mainland

China, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, South

Korea, and the United States.
