Among domestic children's song albums released by the dozens every day, a special album has been born.

It is a children's song album composed purely of a cappella with teachers' voices. The widely known image of a cappella is generally quiet church music, making it very difficult to associate with that of children's songs. However, this children's song album is very interesting starting from the fact that it is composed solely of the purest instrument in this world, human voices—a cappella!

When looking at various domestic children's song albums, in many cases they are merely a compilation of children's songs created by gathering tracks with similar feels. However, this '2007 Children's Song A Cappella Album' has many differences starting from that point. All included tracks were rearranged into a cappella songs for this album, and it was produced with current teachers gathered from across the country directly recording them. Because it is a children's song album consisting purely of a cappella, all songs have the advantage of being purer and more comfortable to listen to for young children than any other children's song album. In addition, many musically fun elements are included throughout the songs.

However, above all, this album has something special in that it was directly produced by current teachers across the country. The teachers who came together under the name of the 'Korean A Cappella Education Research Association' are those very main protagonists. Centered around Han Seung-mo, who has already become a prominent figure in the Korean a cappella scene as an advisory committee member of the Korea A Cappella Association and an advisory committee member of the 2006 EBS Space A Cappella Festival, the Korean A Cappella Education Research Association, which started in early 2006 with a small number of teachers, was able to start the record with the voluntary participation of teachers across the country as this album was planned. In addition, various places spared no support, including Tune-Up Music Studio, a specialized a cappella label, and Indischool, a nationwide elementary school teacher community, which joined this album of good intentions and spared no great assistance.

That is not all. Starting with the release of this album, the members of the Korean A Cappella Education Research Association who participated in the album production are even holding a charity concert on June 30, 2007, inviting around 100 underprivileged children and youth through 'The Beautiful Foundation'. Like 'Making the World Beautiful with Songs', an included track on this album, their other wish is that these songs and this album filled with their dreams and hopes become more widely known to the world to fill it with beautiful harmonies, and that many people take interest and show support—that is our dream, say Han Seung-mo and the teachers of the Korean A Cappella Education Research Association!

Their beautiful journey going forward is well worth looking forward to.

하루에도 수십 장씩 발매되는 국내 동요 음반들 중 특별한 음반이 탄생했다.

선생님들의 목소리로 순수하게 아카펠라로만 구성된 동요음반이다. 일반적으로 많이 알려진 아카펠라의 이미지는 조용한 교회음악으로써, 동요의 그것과는 연결 지어 생각하기에는 매우 힘들다. 하지만 이번 동요 음반은 오로지 이 세상에서 가장 순수한 악기인 사람들의 목소리! 아카펠라로만 구성되었다는 점에서부터 매우 흥미롭다.

국내 여러 동요앨범들을 보게 되면, 대부분 비슷한 느낌의 곡들을 모아서 만든 하나 동요 모음집 밖에 되지 않는 경우가 많다. 하지만 이번 2007 동요 아카펠라 앨범은 그런 점에서부터 많은 차이가 있다. 수록 곡 전곡이 이번 앨범을 위해서 아카펠라 곡으로 재 편곡 되었으며, 전국에서 모인 현직 교사 여러분들이 직접 녹음하여서 제작 되었다는 것이다. 아카펠라로만 이루어진 동요 앨범이기 때문에 전곡이 어린아이아이들이 듣기에 그 어떤 동요 앨범보다 순수하며 듣기에 편한 장점이 있다. 또한 곡 중간중간에도 음악적 재미 있는 요소가 많이 포함되어 있고.

하지만 이번 앨범은 무엇보다 전국에 있는 현직 교사 여러분들이 직접 제작하였다는 것에 특별함이 있다. 한국아카펠라교육연구회라는 이름으로 함께한 선생님들이 바로 그 주인공들이다. 한국아카펠라협회 자문위원, 2006 EBS스페이스 아카펠라 페스티발 자문위원 등 이미 한국 아카펠라계에서는 유명인사가 되어버린 한승모씨를 중심으로 2006년 초, 소수 몇 명의 선생님으로 출발한 한국아카펠라교육연구회는 이번 앨범이 기획되면서 전국의 계신 교사들이 자발적인 참여로 음반을 시작할 수 있었다. 또한 좋은 의도의 앨범에 동차하고 많은 도움을 아끼지 않은 아카펠라 전문 레이블 튠업뮤직 스튜디오나 전국 초등교사 커뮤니티 인디스쿨 등 각처에서 후원을 아끼지 않았다.

그것뿐만이 아니다. 이번 앨범이 발매 된 것을 기점으로 앨범제작에 참여해 주셨던 한국 아카펠라 교육 연구회 분들이 2007년 6월 30일, '아름다운 재단'을 통한 불우이웃 어린이와 청소년 100여명을 초청하여 자선공연까지 연다고 한다. 이번 앨범 수록 곡인 '노래로 세상을 아름답게' 처럼 자신들의 꿈과 희망이 담겨 있는 이 노래가, 이 앨범이 세상에 더욱 널리 알려져 아름다운 화음이 가득 차게 되었으면 좋겠으며 많은 이들이 관심을 갖고 응원해 주었으면 하는 것이 그들의 또 다른 바람, 그것이 우리의 꿈이라고 말하는 한승모씨와 한국 아카펠라교육연구회의 선생님들!

앞으로 이들의 아름다운 행보가 기대해볼 만 하다.
